Our programs stretch across the employee life cycle, and we offer several to help recent graduates and those early in their career conquer the steep learning curve of becoming a premier consultant.
The programs, such as AscendTM with AlixPartners and our Consulting Acceleration Programs (CAP), are experiential and simulate real client situations, helping you experience new capabilities while you learn and make progress in a safe, supportive environment.

With more than 65% participation in our firm, our eight employee resource groups (ERGs) are critical to connecting our people across offices, service lines, industry groups, and levels.
