The UK Insolvency Service (a government department) has established a complaint gateway as a single point of contact for those dissatisfied with their treatment by an insolvency practitioner.
In the event of a complaint, the company or individual shall contact the General Counsel at AlixPartners. The company or individual also has the right to make any complaint in relation to such investment business activities to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. If the complaint relates to regulated insolvency work, and it has not been possible to resolve the complaint with AlixPartners, the company or individual should contact the Insolvency Service via the following web portal: UK Insolvency Service Complaints Gateway.
