AlixPartners and Berylls by AlixPartners Form Partnership in the Americas with Artificial-intelligence Firm FULLY AI

LAS VEGAS (January 2, 2025) – On the eve here next week of CES 2025, the Automotive and Industrial Practice at AlixPartners, the global consulting firm, and its affiliate Berylls by AlixPartners today announced a partnership in the Americas with the artificial-intelligence firm FULLY AI. The partnership combines AlixPartners’ and Berylls by AlixPartners' extensive knowledge of the automotive industry with FULLY AI's technological expertise, yielding, among other things, a virtual, AI-based assistant for automakers and auto dealers.

Simpler buying processes; more satisfied, loyal customers

Using AI-supported tools, experts from AlixPartners and Berylls by AlixPartners can redesign the interaction between customers and automakers from the initial consumer inquiry through vehicle servicing. These AI assistants will be designed to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen loyalty to the brand. For instance, fed with expert knowledge from manufacturers, the assistants can be used in sales consulting to generate leads. The assistants can also be designed to make it much easier for customers to use increasingly complex vehicle configurators, and they can be designed to explain complicated features and respond to questions much more flexibly and accurately than current systems can.

Another advantage of the AI assistant is its powerful performance. The user experience is based on the latest technologies and is designed to enable seamless interaction with the AI while integrating multiple touchpoints throughout the purchasing process. The assistant is available around the clock, seven days a week, and can be operated with a chat or voice function. The tool speaks more than 70 languages and adapts independently to individual customers. It also makes the often-lengthy search for the desired vehicle information superfluous, increasing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Meanwhile, benefitting dealer groups and service operations, the assistant’s automatic appointment-scheduling function saves a huge amount of time, as maintenance and repair appointments can be booked directly via the tool. The assistant can also perform other “intelligent” functions and make recommendations between new or in-stock vehicles.
