Artificial Intelligence expert Angela Zutavern joins AlixPartners’ Digital practice as a managing director in Washington, DC
NEW YORK (Jan. 31, 2018)—AlixPartners, the global consulting firm, today announced that artificial intelligence expert Angela Zutavern has joined the firm’s Digital practice as a managing director. Angela will be based in AlixPartners’ Washington, DC office.
Angela has more than 25 years of experience and is a highly regarded leader in artificial learning and other areas of digital consulting, including machine intelligence, data solutions, and related tools. At AlixPartners, Angela will work with clients seeking robust and sophisticated digital solutions to drive effective, data-led decision making.
Angela joins AlixPartners from consultancy Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., where she was a vice president. Prior to that, she was the chief operating officer of a digital start-up company in the wireless industry. Angela is also the author of The Mathematical Corporation: Where Machine Intelligence and Human Ingenuity Achieve the Impossible, a 2017 Business Book Awards recommendation.
Angela holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Tech.
