AlixPartners’ Randall S. Eisenberg named Global Turnaround Consultant of the Year

Global M&A Network honors AlixPartners professionals and their work on Momentive Performance Materials, Select Staffing and USEC.

(June 23, 2015) – AlixPartners, the global advisory firm, today announced that Randall Eisenberg received the Global Consultant of the Year award and the firm was awarded three Turnaround Atlas Awards by Global M&A Network.

Mr. Eisenberg received the Global Consultant of the Year Award for his work leading several client engagements over the past year. He led a team in the successful completion of a difficult restructuring for Momentive Performance Materials. The team’s work allowed the company to remain a viable competitor in the silicone market and save more than $30 million per year. The team also provided for the maintenance of all employee benefit plans and the payment in-full of all trade vendor claims, minimizing the disruption to the company’s operations. Mr. Eisenberg also led the restructuring of Select Staffing, a temporary employment agency.

Global M&A Network’s Turnaround Atlas Awards is an annual event that honors outstanding performances in the distressed M&A, restructuring and turnaround communities.  The awards were presented on June 23, 2015 at the M&A Advisor Turnaround Atlas Awards Gala held at The Field Museum in Chicago.
