Wal-Mart to adjust policies on employee pay increases

In an attempt to improve employee retention and customer service, Walmart has begun implementing a number of programs and incentives for their workers. According to Pete Madden, Director at AlixPartners, higher wages and other ways to compete for workers will be a constant balancing act for retailers going forward.
