Performance Improvement Expert Fabian Engels joins AlixPartners as Partner & Managing Director

NEW YORK (December 14, 2023) - AlixPartners, the global consulting firm, announced today the appointment of Fabian Engels as a new member of its DACH and EMEA Performance Improvement (PI) practice, with a focus on the Transportation and Travel industries. He will be based in Germany.

Fabian, who joins AlixPartners from Roland Berger, is a renowned expert with extensive international experience in the areas of performance improvement, transformation, M&A and post-merger integration (PMI). Over many years, he has worked successfully for leading national and international players, particularly in the transport and retail environment. Fabian holds a doctorate from the Leuphana University of Lüneburg and a degree in Business Administration from the Free University of Berlin. He also studied at Harvard Business School (HBS) and in Sweden at the University of Gothenburg.
