AlixPartners welcomes Lisa Osofsky who joins as Partner & Managing Director in Risk Advisory

NEW YORK, (April 22, 2024) - AlixPartners, the global consulting firm, today announced that Lisa Osofsky has joined as a Partner & Managing Director in the firm’s Risk Advisory Practice. Lisa brings more than two decades of experience as a prosecutor, regulatory advisor, in-house counsel, Money Laundering Reporting Officer, monitor, and ethics advisor. She is based in Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, Lisa served as the UK’s highest-ranking white collar crime prosecutor as Director of the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), where she also was Chair of the Board, Chair of the Executive Committee and Risk Committee, and a member of the SFO’s Ministerial Steering Board and Audit function. The SFO investigates and prosecutes the most complex white collar criminal matters in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Working closely with prosecutors and regulators around the world, Lisa delivered record-breaking results and helped shape the standards for law and policy in global corporate resolutions.

Before leading the SFO, Lisa was a founding member of Exiger, where she won and ran global investigations and corporate compliance monitorships. Earlier in her career, Lisa held roles at Goldman Sachs International, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the United States Department of Justice. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College, and a JD degree from Harvard Law School.
