Serving as either a senior advisor or interim executive officer, Randall advises boards of directors, management teams, equity sponsors and creditor constituents in the transformation of underperforming and distressed companies across a multitude of industries that lead to the rebuilding of enterprise and stakeholder value. With a reputation for being decisive and objective, and with a high degree of integrity, Randall has a track record for building consensus in complex situations that lead to value-maximizing outcomes.

Randall is a Partner and Managing Director and serves on the firm's Management Committee of the Turnaround and Restructuring practice in the Americas. 

Randall previously served as President and Chairman of both the Turnaround Management Association, and Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional and a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a Fellow in both the American College of Bankruptcy and International Insolvency Institute. Randall is an alumnus of Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management where he earned an MBA with an emphasis in finance and the University of the Pacific where he earned an undergraduate degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting.

Among the many recognitions for his work, Randall was recognized as Global Consultant of the Year by M&A Network and inducted as an honorary member into the Turnaround, Restructuring and Distressed Investing Industry Hall of Fame. He also played a central role in numerous successful transformations and restructurings of companies recognized by various industry organizations.

Randall’s passion for making a meaningful impact extends beyond the business realm. Randall has actively supported non-profit organizations such as Save the Children, Greater NY, UJA Federation of New York, and New York Pet Rescue. His belief in strengthening communities and encouraging others to invest in the betterment of society is reflected in his dedication to social responsibility and community enrichment.
