Steve applies more than 30 years of experience to help companies successfully navigate high-stakes and complex carve-outs and integrations.
He has led separation and integration management offices in a wide variety of deal structures, stakeholder environments, and industries ranging from technology, media and aerospace, to infrastructure and industrial manufacturing. Steve’s breadth of experience and his commonsense approach enable him to work across both the buy- and sell-side deal and management teams, advisors, functions, and geographies to quickly and effectively identify, prioritize, and resolve issues. Although it is always clear that he represents the interests of his client, he has a record of earning the respect and confidence of team members on both sides of the deal. Steve has served leaders and companies in every global region both while living in the United States and during a posting in Shanghai. Steve has an MBA with distinction in general management from Harvard Business School.
