John's overall client experience has been in the areas of liquidity management, communication with boards and key stakeholders regarding financial performance, completion of financial restatements, the development of business plans and forecasts, the development and implementation of performance improvement programs and plans of reorganization, the leading of cost reduction efforts, contingency planning, asset sales and divestitures, and outsourcing functions such as collections.
