Eric Dzwonczyk

Eric Dzwonczyk has more than 30 years of consulting and industry experience in the healthcare services and technology, pharmaceutical, and the consumer-packaged-goods industries. His efforts have focused on operational improvement, large-scale transformation, strategy development, cost optimization and revenue growth. He has worked extensively with private equity firms across all stages of the investment cycle and formerly co-led the firm’s Private Equity Practice in North America.

He holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a B.S. from Drexel University. Eric's leadership has been instrumental in delivering significant operational improvements and transformation programs across various environments. He is known for his pragmatic approach and hands-on leadership style, driving top-line growth and profitability improvement through pricing effectiveness, organizational optimization, procurement, and supply chain management.

Key Engagements and Career Highlights:

• Led multiple full company transformations, post-merger integrations, SG&A optimization initiatives and cost reduction programs for companies in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, information technology, consumer packaged goods, oil & gas, and retail.
• Led a comprehensive profit improvement program for a healthcare provider that delivered >$55 million in annual cost reduction and >$25 million in top line growth.  Supported the transition from a public company to a private equity owner.
• Led an enterprise transformation program for a business and consumer services company that significantly redesigned the organization model, consolidated field services operations, and delivered >$165 million in annualized EBITDA improvement.
• Successfully delivered the post-merger integration for two entities with revenues in excess of $1.2B.  Exceeded synergy targets withing 5 months of deal closing.
• Performed a comprehensive SG&A and zero-based-budgeting analysis that identified and delivered > $70 million in productivity improvements.
• Led >50 due diligence engagements for private equity across industries and geographies.

He has proven his global impact with successful programs in North America, Europe, and Asia, continuing to drive meaningful change on a massive scale. He has also served as a guest lecturer on a range of topics at leading academic institutions.
