- Delivered productivity improvement programs for many c- stores, travel centers, restaurant chains, theme parks and cruise lines that delivered savings across a range of direct and indirect categories, SG&A costs, opex and field labor.
- Led comprehensive company turnaround effort at 800-store casual-dining chain; effort focused on renegotiation of supplier contracts in food and beverage, reduction of IT costs, lowering of store labor, G&A and indirect costs, and development of strategic platforms to rebuild sales and traffic.
- Performed a comprehensive SG&A and zero-based-budgeting analysis that identified and delivered > $50 million in productivity improvements.
- Successfully delivered the post-merger integration for two entities with revenues in excess of $1.2B. Exceeded synergy targets within 5 months of deal closing.
