Brody has more than a decade of management consulting, investment banking, and corporate finance advisory experience. He has engaged extensively with global consumer products and private equity clients across a variety of large, strategic, and operational projects.
His areas of expertise are all aspects of M&A, with a focus on integration planning and post-merger integration, as well as the areas of procurement, SG&A, operating model and organizational design, supply chain, and portfolio optimization.
Previously, he was at Deloitte Corporate Finance, the investment banking subsidiary of Deloitte, where he advised on acquisitions, sale and divestiture mandates, and capital raises for large corporate, middle-market, and private-equity firms primarily in the consumer products, mining, and technology sectors.
Brody has an MBA with concentrations in strategy, marketing, and operations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a degree in finance with emphasis in financial markets and institutions from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.
