Andy is a senior management consultant and business leader. He has a successful track record in delivering enterprise performance improvement and turnarounds, for both healthy and challenged companies worldwide.
Andy is the co-head for the firm’s Americas and Asia business, and continues to play an active role in leading the firm’s private equity practice
With over 35 years of professional experience, Andy brings deep expertise in cost optimization, supply chain / operational improvements, human capital effectiveness and efficiency, and strengthened revenue growth. Andy also has broad industry credentials spanning high tech/software, consumer products, retail, life sciences, industrial goods, energy and process industries.
Over the last 15 years, Andy has worked extensively with private equity firms across all stages of the investment cycle, helping identify and capture enterprise value. His hallmark has been to combine investment-focused strategic thinking about how to unlock enterprise value, with the expertise to architect, execute and sustain comprehensive value creation programs.
Andy speaks English, German, and Spanish with native fluency and holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors in chemistry from Harvard University.
