Abigail is an experienced business professional with a background in operating model design, commercial effectiveness, margin enhancement, and SG&A efficiency in the consumer products industry.
Throughout her career, Abigail has served both in management consulting roles and in internal capacities in the consumer products and technology industries. Her specific areas of expertise are operating model and organizational design, assessment and implementation of operational improvement programs, and the execution of sales force effectiveness and efficiency initiatives.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, she held roles in corporate and product strategy at a leading technology company. Abigail has an MBA with high distinction from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
