He primarily collaborates with technology, media, and telecommunications companies, and often crosses into other industries to drive mission critical initiatives given his diverse background and MA&D expertise.
Greg has spent almost three decades working with the world’s largest companies on headline-grabbing efforts, rolling up his sleeves to understand, analyze, and collaboratively resolve challenging issues. Whether a lean manufacturing implementation in aerospace and defense, a financial turnaround at an IT outsource provider, or a carveout deal in the technology space, he brings a people-centric, team-based approach to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness while also considering the importance of the individuals who are ultimately most critical to the success of any business.
A two-time graduate of the University of Michigan, with a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, Greg began his career as a product development engineer with Ford Motor Company and now enjoys working with clients to help them address their toughest challenges.
Additionally, as co-leader of the AlixPartners Strategy & Analysis practice, he is passionate about developing the next generation of AlixPartners consultants to continue the firm's history of serving clients at the highest levels.
