Kyle Nelson

As the co-lead of AlixPartners Americas Private Equity practice, Kyle is a senior management consultant and Managing Director with a distinguished track record of achieving performance improvements and turnarounds for Private Equity owned companies worldwide. He has over 20 years of industry and management consulting experience specializing in leading cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems. 

His practice focuses on supporting Private Equity clients across the entire investment lifecycle from Due Diligence through Exit including designing and implementing sustainable top-line and EBITDA improvement programs for clients. In addition, Kyle has deep expertise in Post-Merger Integrations (PMI) and Divestitures/Carve-out transactions. His value creation projects have focused across the P&L and include: growth & sales effectiveness, services and support strategy and operations, G&A optimization and large-scale transformation program management.

Kyle has an MBA with distinction from the University of Notre Dame and a B.A. in Economics from Emory University.
