Michael is a firm leader in identifying and capturing value for energy, infrastructure, and industrial services businesses and serves as our industrial services leader in the firm. He has spent most of his nearly 20-year career working in distributed workforce environments across energy, infrastructure, inspection services, industrials, and other business & consumer-facing services companies.
His work enables clients to meet or exceed profitability targets and achieve short- and long-term goals. Michael has extensive hands-on experience in leading executive teams through strategic processes and implementing operational improvement across all aspects of a company, including pricing, sales effectiveness, revenue growth, procurement, manufacturing, fleet & field execution, network and footprint strategies, SG&A, sourcing, CapEx, and working-capital improvement.
In addition, Michael has deep experience leading clients through all aspects of the M&A cycle. He has led numerous diligences and integrations for clients up to $0.5B-$85B.
Michael has a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and he is a certified Project Management Professional.
