Matt has more than 20 years of experience in helping companies identify and drive cost and operating model optimization in complex transformations. At AlixPartners, he has helped management teams and private-equity sponsors drive structural EBITDA improvements coupled with more scalable cost structures.
In addition to Matt’s transformation leadership and delivery experience, he was instrumental in designing the innovative tool-based approach that underpins AlixPartners’ approach across G&A and organizational redesign, team capability building, and management of post-merger integrations (PMIs). Matt has also led and supported a number of other high-impact transformation programs during situations involving evolving operating model adjustments, high growth, and distressed situations. Matt has a Bachelor of Science in microbiology and immunology from the University of Rochester.
