During the past 20 years, Jeffrey has developed extensive litigation consulting, financial, valuation, and investing experience.
He has valued companies for mergers and acquisitions, financing arrangements, litigations, forbearance agreements, tax preparation purposes, solvency analyses, and bankruptcies. He also has valued intangible assets, equity securities, warrants, options, swaps, and fixed-income instruments.
Aside from valuations, Jeffrey has performed damages analyses, conducted accounting investigations, assessed creditworthiness, advised creditors and board members, participated in capital-raising efforts, and restructured and refinanced companies. Jeffrey has been qualified as an expert in state court, federal district court, federal bankruptcy court and arbitration, and has presented damages in mediation.
Jeffrey has an MBA and a Master of Science in finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, and he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (Charterholder).
