Jon's functional experience spans both strategy and operations, with a particular emphasis on merchandising and strategic sourcing. In those areas, Jon has helped clients realize value through a wide range of approaches from growing and optimizing private brands to negotiating with national brand vendors.

Jon has a Master of Science in strategic management from Erasmus University's Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands.
