Throughout her career, Kristina has demonstrated an aptitude for developing and implementing strategic solutions that address intricate business problems. Her multi-functional expertise spans corporate and product strategy, strategic marketing, customer insights, product development, pricing, and operational performance improvement. She is also well-versed in growth strategies, market entry strategies, and building and leading high-performing teams.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Kristina held senior roles as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Fortune 500 companies. Her leadership in these positions included managing global marketing organizations, driving product strategy and go-to-market efforts for medical devices and life sciences tools.
