Nenad has more than 20 years of global industry and consulting experience in developing and leading transformational programs that drive profitability, in developing inorganic growth strategies, in improving the performance of engineering and procurement organizations, and in conducting commercial and operational due diligences.
He has extensive expertise in tech hardware and equipment manufacturing, equipment as a service, telecom, industrials, and private equity. His clients benefit from his leadership in software-defined hardware, direct material sourcing strategies, and end-to-end supply chain best practices. He also has experience in tech-enabled business services and platforms, ITOs/BPOs, and telco carriers.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Nenad was a director at PwC, a cost transformation manager at Mercedes-Benz, and a senior associate in the restructuring practice at Droege & Comp.
Nenad holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering and business administration from Darmstadt University of Technology.
