Rus has extensive experience guiding companies through operational strategy and transformation challenges. He has been serving clients for 20 years, helping assess, design and implement end-to-end transformation programs. He has led major procurement transformation, post-merger integration, and strategic cost reduction initiatives.
Rus focuses on the tech industry and works closely with hardware and software clients to improve performance and drive sustainable value.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was with Accenture where he helped companies develop effective operating models and enhance their procurement functions. Rus has worked across multiple other industries, such as financial services, retail, telecommunications, and media; and he draws on leading practices across all those industries to bring new solutions to emerging challenges.
Rus has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
