Eric Wobig

Eric has more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience across a range of industries including consumer products, energy, aerospace, industrial products, and his core focus of high-tech.

He co-leads our Software practice and helps clients deliver measurable profit-and-loss improvement through operational transformation such as cost-out and revenue growth. Eric has worked extensively with Private Equity and has deep experience across deal types including mergers and carveouts, and across the deal lifecycle from early-stage investment screening, diligence, close, and post close value creation.

He has lived and worked in both North America and Europe and led major engagements in Asia.  Previously, he was a director at PwC in England in strategy and operations and held multiple engineering positions at Dell, where he was named inventor of year.
