He has more than 20 years of consulting and operational experience in conducting executive assessments, in leading change programs, in developing leaders, and in designing long-range talent strategies. Jeremy combines deep expertise in human behavior with an understanding of complex business systems to implement solutions that work.
Jeremy has a BA in psychology from the Catholic University of America, a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology from Wayne State University, and an MBA in business strategy from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
