Louis Dudney is the Global Leader of the Investigations, Disputes & Advisory, and Data Governance practices at AlixPartners. He has over 30 years of experience serving as a financial expert in litigation cases.
Louis's expertise encompasses a wide range of accounting, operational, financial, valuation, litigation, bankruptcy, and management consulting engagements. These include financing, mergers and acquisitions, damages analysis, purchase price disputes, lost profit determinations, valuations, financial reporting, solvency determinations, forensic accounting, and corporate investigations.
As a financial expert in litigation cases, Louis has provided testimony in federal civil, criminal, and bankruptcy courts, state courts, arbitration hearings, international arbitrations, and regulatory proceedings.
Having collaborated with an array of clients spanning various industries, including real estate, financial services, hospitality, software development, outsourcing, food, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, retail, professional services, manufacturing, entertainment, sports, telecommunications, construction, energy, and consumer products, Louis has gained a deep understanding of the unique financial and operational challenges that different industries face.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Louis served as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers in its Financial Advisory Services Group. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in accounting from William & Mary. He is a member of the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Licensing Executives Society, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Louis is a former member of the Board of Directors of AlixPartners and currently serves on the Board of Directors for 1693 Management Company as well as Global Screening Services. He is also a trustee of the William & Mary Foundation where he serves on the Audit and Scholarship committees.
