He has distinctive depth and experience in helping organizations transform their operating models and improve EBITDA performance. An expert in merchandising, planning, e-commerce, stores, supply chain, pricing, and information-technology leading practices, he uniquely blends strategic thinking with pragmatism to quickly identify and implement improvement opportunities that drive efficient growth. Bill has consulted for a wide variety of fashion apparel, footwear, and hardgoods clients such as Guitar Center, Thrasio, Shutterfly, Qurate, Lululemon, PVH, Boardriders, Ross Stores, JCPenney, Pier 1, and Victoria’s Secret.
Bill has an MBA in finance and management from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
