Pat has more than 25 years of experience in leading large-scale transformations, in achieving performance improvement, and in developing and delivering cost, growth and capability-building programs for clients of all sizes and ownership structures.
Though focused on consumer products, Pat has deep operational experience across industries and product demand characteristics such as slow rate, process-based, highly engineered, hits-based, rapid innovation and fast-moving products.
Prior to AlixPartners, he was at McKinsey, in the consumer and operations practices, and Booz & Co. (Strategy&), where he led consumer operations and the global procurement practice. Pat has an MBA with honors from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
