Swagnik is experienced in large transformation initiatives, operations management, manufacturing, procurement, and engineering in automotive and industrial companies. His expertise is on the operational execution and the manufacturing planning aspects of transformations such as carve-outs, M&A, and Post Merger Integration. He also has a strong track record on purchasing cost reductions, synergy capture, and organizational redesign and deployments.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Swagnik worked in Japan as an engineer at Toshiba’s Railway & Automotive systems division.
Swagnik has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with a major in Finance and Strategy and is fluent in English, Japanese, Spanish, and Hindi.
