Sherwin's areas of expertise include: Cost / Business transformation, Program management, Contact center optimization (incl. automation/ AI), Channel strategy and retail transformation, SG&A optimization, Operational Due Diligence, PMI and post-close value creation
Previously, he was a principal at A.T. Kearney, where he led multiple large programs for his clients via deep expertise in cost benchmarking, cost and process improvement, handset end-to-end value chain optimization, procurement and strategic sourcing, business strategy, process digitization, and program management.
Sherwin has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow.
