His expertise spans various industries, including healthcare, retail, restaurant, automotive, manufacturing, mining, entertainment, education, and consumer products and services.
As one of the senior leaders of AlixPartners North American Restructuring Practice, David has represented companies, secured lenders, and unsecured creditors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Montclair State University in New Jersey.

- Currently advising Akumin, Inc., an outpatient diagnostic imaging provider, and Cano Health, a $3B+ healthcare provider with over 4,000 employees and 2,000+ primary care physician relationships.
- Recently served as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) at Party City and advised the term lenders at Envision Healthcare.
- Previously held roles as CRO of mental-health-services provider Bellwether Behavioral Health, frac sand producer Preferred Sands, RCS Capital Corporation and Mark IV Industries, a $1.3-billion global automotive and transportation company; and interim CFO and COO of Malden Mills, creator of Polartec fleece.
- Advised companies such as Diamond Sports Group, Akorn Pharmaceutical, Bumble Bee Tuna, and Jack Cooper Transport as a financial advisor during their respective in-court restructurings.
- Served as a financial advisor to Crossmark during its successful out-of-court restructuring and to ModSpace.
