Nathan has over 20 years’ experience in cost reduction and transformation as well as strategy experience and has led industry-changing initiatives in the areas of medical devices, retail pharmacy, pharmaceutical distribution and manufacturing, hospitals, group purchasing organizations, and other consortium or industry buying groups. Nathan applies his experience as a management consultant to find or create leverage with suppliers, to identify and implement best or next practices, and to achieve synergies and organizational alignment through consolidations or mergers and acquisitions. Nathan has led four global procurement organizations through procurement transformations while building leadership to sustain improvements and deliver results after the strategic transformation is complete. Nathan has an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelors of Science Degree in General Engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point and Change Management Advanced Practitioner certification from Georgetown University.
