Luca Ramella

Luca assists companies in turnaround situations. The companies he advises are in both the public and private sectors and have businesses across Europe, the United States, and Asia. Luca's experience has involved him in legislations in various countries—from Chapter 11 in the United States to Italy's new concordato preventivo under the reform that took place in 2006–2012, thereby making him an international expert in restructuring proceedings. Luca is a member of the boards of directors of several industrial and service groups.
