Michael has more than 15 years of experience in leading supply chain transformation programs often in critical turnaround situations or in an interims role.
His main industry focus is on the automotive, industrial products and chemicals. Key programs he lead cover supply chain assessments, strategy development, ramp up / capacity expansion, companywide performance-improvement programs, lean-transformation, post merger-integration projects as well as insolvency cases. Michael has a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
