His results-oriented approach is informed by his extensive hands-on experience as both an operator and advisor.
As the Chief Transformation & Strategy Officer of Snyder’s-Lance, Randy redefined the business strategy and orchestrated a series of acquisitions and divestitures that transformed the company into a branded snacking leader, enabling an increase in enterprise value from $0.6B to $6.1B and the successful sale to Campbell Soup Company.
As a former CEO, COO and CFO of numerous private equity-backed businesses throughout his career, Randy has successfully led several businesses through operational transformations and sales to new owners that delivered 5 to 10X liquidity events for shareholders.
Recently, Randy led the $3B international carve-out of Tropicana from PepsiCo delivering a seamless Day 1, $100M+ of EBITDA opportunities, and a self-sustaining program that accelerated TSA exits and ensured business continuity.
Randy is a leader within AlixPartners and is known for his passion for helping his colleagues and clients reach their full potential. He has been recognized for both his individual and team contributions in delivering distinctive results and embracing the firm's core values. Randy is also a graduate of Harvard Business School and a licensed CPA.
