Adam is a retail industry specialist with more than 10 years of consulting experience.
In that capacity, he has continued to hone his expertise in merchandising strategy in the areas of pricing, promotions, space allocation, vendor negotiations, and the like among other growth levers such as store formats, private label development, and loyalty program viability and analysis—all of it with the express focus of driving sales and EBITDA improvement.
In addition, he has worked to reduce SG&A across all back-office functions to complement his revenue growth and customer-centric strategy specializations.
Adam works hand in hand with clients at all levels of the organization to drive such improvements, with a laser focus on collaboration, executive alignment, tracking, measurement, and execution. Prior to consulting, he was a transfer pricing specialist at Deloitte.
Adam has a Master of Engineering in transportation engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
