Hendrik has specialized in large and complex transformation, M&A and carve-out programs for more than a decade. He advised large corporations as well as midsize businesses and financial investors across industries to close their transactions and realize the full value-potential. Hendrik has supported and closed numerous M&A and carve-out transactions with focus on managing the overall transaction, developing the equity story, financial & strategic planning, refinancing, carve-out preparations, ensuring day-1/stand-alone readiness as well as TSA / SPA negotiations. He also led numerous projects in the areas of business planning, refinancing, reporting/controlling, treasury/liquidity management, working capital improvement, headcount / SG&A cost reduction supporting the CFO function. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was member of the management team of Roland Berger and Deloitte. Hendrik studied business administration at Munich School of Management and has a PhD in entrepreneurial finance from Georg-August University in Göttingen, Germany.
