Michelle currently serves as co-lead of the Enterprise Software Practice of AlixPartners’ Technology, Media, and Telecommunications team.
Michelle specializes in large-scale transformation programs, focusing on both running the business and growing the business. She is known for her ability to navigate complex business challenges, rapidly achieve results, and drive sustainable change.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Business Analysis, with highest distinction, from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
