Chudozie directs projects in the areas of economics, finance, and valuation. He is an expert on various securities and financial derivatives, and he testifies and consults on the valuation, trading, and risk characteristics of derivative, fixed-income, and equity products. Financial institutions have retained him in over 200 matters involving internal investigations as well as regulatory investigations by the US SEC, CFTC, DOJ, FCA, and FINRA. Chudozie has consulted on terminations of over-the-counter derivative positions, on forced liquidation of securities portfolios, and on structured finance securities. Previously, Chudozie was a managing director at NERA and a member of Banque Paribas’s fixed-income emerging-markets team. Chudozie has a PhD in economics from the University of California, Berkeley. His doctoral dissertation focused on the determinants and consequences of volatile portfolio capital flows to emerging-market countries.
