Jim has 25 years of consulting expertise, with a specialty in managing large-scale client assignments, including monitorships, internal investigations, due diligence engagements, and compliance reviews.
Prior to his consulting career, he was senior advisor to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) director, advising on sensitive domestic and foreign law enforcement matters. Jim was instrumental in the expansion of the FBI’s overseas law enforcement presence, which yielded a substantial increase to the FBI’s Legal Attaché program. He also served as an assistant United States attorney for the Southern District of New York.
Jim is a graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary.
