Raj brings over 25 years of leadership experience in software product and technology services to AlixPartners where he now specializes in conducting rapid situation assessments and ideation to identify, develop, and implement digital solutions which create and enhance business value.
He has been an executive on the forefront of directing product development, technology operations, and business transformation. He partners with clients to increase revenue and profitability by optimizing processes and functions, defining go-to-market strategies, and enabling new and innovative offerings. Raj believes in and has established a reputation for defining and delivering sustainable initiatives that achieve measurable improvement in client experience and drive enterprise-wide outcomes.
As a member of ADP's global product and technology senior leadership team, Raj drove the advancement of critical functions such as technical product support for client-facing products and internal applications, reliability engineering, and major incident management. As a result, the company was able to achieve a 26% reduction in support cases, 53% faster case resolution time, 31% reduction in mean time to repair (MTTR), and better clarity and frequency of incident communications. He was also instrumental in elevating ADP's capabilities for technical talent acquisition, strategic workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, and technical activities associated with acquisitions and divestitures.
Raj has served as a volunteer arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau and has participated on numerous boards and committees for various non-profit organizations including Junior Achievement of New Jersey, Mount St. Joseph University, Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired and the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.

- Completed numerous technology and operational due diligence reviews of potential acquisitions and carve-outs to identify cost optimization and value creation opportunities for private equity portfolio companies, and led related workstreams for subsequent planning and integration/implementation projects
- Established and initiated the product go-to-market strategy of a predominately on-premise, enterprise software company by converting to a subscription/SaaS license model and driving the growth of cloud offerings, leading to the increase of annual recurring revenue and higher company valuation
