James has more than 20 years’ experience in assisting management teams and boards during financial restructurings and M&A transactions.
James’s clients benefit from his breadth of restructuring experience in supporting boards as a fellow director and executive officer of companies during financial restructuring processes.
He provides situational leadership for organizations during both consensual and court-sanctioned restructurings, including schemes of arrangement and restructuring plans.
Throughout his career, James has also provided hands-on assistance for clients in the areas of business planning, liquidity management, and working-capital improvements.
James has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in History from the University of Durham. He is a Chartered Accountant.
