Esther is part of the Retail & Consumer leadership team in DACH, where she implements consumer-centric strategic transformations as well as value creation programs. Her client portfolio from the beauty, food, and consumer health sectors includes leading consumer brands as well as D2C/social brands, retailers, and PE clients.
Her consulting focus is on growth strategies, customer-centric organization, operational efficiency improvement, as well as pre- and post-deal value creation.
As Interim Chief Marketing Officer, Esther took also on responsibility for various clients in turnaround situations. In addition to a successful in professional services consulting, she also served as Marketing Director for Nike and L'Oréal.
