He has more than 14 years of combined industry and consulting experience in Automotive, Industrial Products and Aerospace industries, with a focus on Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations data-centric business transformations.
Olivier leverages his industry, functional and technical expertise to deliver high impact transformation with a strong focus on joint business + technical capability building to embed data engineering & analytics capabilities within business functions.
His experience includes leading large procurement cost negotiations, product/project margin management, supply chain emergency recovery & transformation for Automotive & Aerospace OEMs as well as Industry Suppliers.
In addition to industry and business expertise, Olivier' technical expertise includes cloud platform solution architecture, data engineering, performance and cost management of data platforms.
For AlixPartners, he actively contributes to the management and evolution of our technology platforms, co-designed and led junior analysts data technical trainings in EMEA (Python/Pandas, SQL, Spark...).
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Olivier worked in the Automotive Industry and in Supply Chain/Operations consulting.
