Ben leads performance improvement programs for clients across the Healthcare landscape, including Providers, Services, Multi-Site operations, and HealthTech. He helps corporate and PE portfolio companies improve their operational performance through analytical expertise and pragmatic implementation.
Ben’s primary areas of focus include large-scale cost-outs, organizational transformation, clinical and non-clinical labor optimization, operating model design, post-merger integration (PMI), and deal maximization across the end-to-end lifecycle for financial sponsors.
Prior to AlixPartners, Ben was with Accenture’s strategy practice, advising clients on performance improvement matters. He also was on the corporate strategy team of a Fortune 500 company. Ben has an MBA with a concentration in corporate finance and investment banking from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
