Alex manages complex end-to-end business and IT transformations, with a broad footprint in the financial services industry, covering the areas of insurance, banking, and special institutes. Alex’s clients benefit from his >15 years of experience in shaping and transforming large IT organizations. He led several complex end-to-end business and IT transformations with significant value contribution (e.g. significant cost reduction, growth strategy definition and enablement, increase of delivery speed and quality). He is a senior technology strategist and outstanding leader in IT assessment, IT value generation and strategic roadmap definition.
Examples of programs he led are extensive next generation IT operating model transformations from local captive IT provider into global distributed delivery organizations, end-to-end digital product transformations as well as assessments and recovery of complex IT implementation programs.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was with Accenture’s technology strategy and advisory practice in Germany.
