Edward has 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, between leadership of high visibility programs, implementations and operations with direct management of multi-million dollar budgets, and assessment through multi-year transformation of cybersecurity programs. Edward serves as a change agent and creative-problem solver, able to adapt quickly to unique and unusual scenarios.

His skillsets are focused on addressing cybersecurity risks and value creation as a cybersecurity advisor within the M&A deal lifecycle across buy-side, sell-side, and carve-out transactions. He delivers engagements focused on quick win, high-impact areas and right-sized capabilities to maximize shareholder value while planning for growth.

One of his recent engagements included planning and delivery of a new cybersecurity program, where he defined resource models, potential risks and mitigations, costs, technology stack, entanglement of connected resources, and supported build-out for a large-scale healthcare client against a tight timeline. In another engagement, his efforts identified 20% in cost savings opportunities while preserving integrity of a cybersecurity program. Aside from these areas, he also focuses on investigations, such as deep analysis of thousands of databases and identifying thousands of unique PII records for Counsel.

Edward's dedication allows for improvement of cybersecurity for his clients while at work, but also extends beyond work, where he enjoys tinkering with emerging technology (e.g., artificial intelligence), and sharing about personal finance and motorized personal vehicles.
