Marco is a seasoned turnaround and restructuring expert, guiding clients in large scale transformations with a CFO services, M&A support and headcount optimization focus. Marco provides readily implementable strategic, financial and operational advice for clients across various industries including automotive, industrial goods and manufacturing, TMT, and pharma.
Marco also specializes in transformation and restructuring projects. He often assumes active leadership roles in his clients' organization and takes on accountability to lead transformation programs from their design to implementation. He has extensive experience in financial planning, performance management, simplifying organizational structures and steering large company-wide transformations with diverse stakeholders. He is experienced in working closely with top management, creditors and private equity companies.
He was formerly a manager at EY-Parthenon in Munich and New York. Prior to this, Marco worked in Corporate & Investment Banking for a renowned multi-national bank.
