After several years in the industry and almost ten years at Simon-Kucher & Partners in the Netherlands, Pieter joined the AlixPartners team in Dubai to help companies in the Middle East enhance their commercial performance.
Pieter is an expert in creating value and improving the performance of large multinational and private equity-owned portfolio companies. He does this through growth strategies, commercial excellence, revenue management, procurement optimization, operational improvement, and profit improvement initiatives. Most of his experience is in the consumer goods industry, with expertise across the value chain from manufacturers to distributors and retailers.
He has led several international engagements in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, enabling him to support global transformations effectively with the necessary understanding of local dynamics.
